One of the best things about moving to Mississippi is finding local gems like this. A place locals eat, and tucked into the heart of Bay Springs. I've lived all over the country, including Texas and this was some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. I ordered the chicken fajita quesadilla and it was absolutely fresh and delicious. The chicken was tender, the vegetables were perfectly seasoned, and the tortilla was toasted to perfection. Not hard and crunchy like a taco shell, but not soft and floppy either...just the perfect light crisp. Perfecto! The service was excellent too. Our waiter was friendly, attentive, and had that perfect balance of checking in without hovering. 10/10. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food and friendly service.
